Bar Stock Program:
 
We can offer bar stock programs, stocking and producing bar products from Stainless Steel 300 and 400 series, including 17-4 and 15-5, as well as Cobalt-Chrome and other high-performance alloys. Our bar stock is available in both annealed and heat-treated conditions.
 
Centerless Ground Bars:
 
​We manufacture bar products to your specifications, including tensile strength, Rockwell hardness, diameter tolerance, and length. Our extensive range covers diameters from 0.035" (0.889 mm) to 1.00" (25.4 mm) and lengths up to 12 feet (3657.6 mm).


Precision Capabilities

Our precision capabilities are unparalleled, with tolerances maintained to the highest standards. For diameters under 0.500", we achieve a tolerance of +/-0.0001, extending to +/-0.0002 for sizes up to 1.00". Our standard surface finish is 16 RA, but upon request, we can achieve a superior finish of 8 RA.
